HR Administrative Aide offers administrative assistance to our operations staff and recruiting department.
Tasks:.
Schedule and coordinate conferences with multiple divisions.
Reviews and displays reports.
Compose, edit, and sell division communications.
Data Entry.
Get, answer or course incoming phone call.
Various other duties/projects as delegated.
Position Requirements:.
Must have the following experience/skills:.
2-3 years of management experience;  Human Resources encounter liked.
Superior spoken and written interaction skills, consisting of composing and editing written interaction.
Well organized, with the capability to prioritize several activities.
Able to train individually with minimal guidance.
Atmosphere needs specific to conveniently adapt to numerous circumstances.
Senior high school diploma.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
